The brief for this project was to capture their client appreciation day in the Iveagh Garden Hotel in Dublin in November 2021. This event was a big deal as it was the first time in almost two years that CG Business Consulting was able to have an event due to Covid 19. The day was also to mark organisations’ ISO certification.
We started off the morning by setting up our lighting to illuminate the client’s branded backdrop. Our first task was to capture staff headshots followed by client pictures with their certification.
In a separate area with a different camera set-up we conducted a number of client interviews using a shotgun mic. While the interviews were being conducted we added a bluetooth microphone to the CEO/MC for her speech. We used a stationary Canon R5 camera on a tripod to capture the podium speeches and used another camera to capture the audience reaction. We also set up a GoPro to capture time lapse footage. We pulled all of the content together in a snapshot of the day which can be viewed below along with a small selection of photographs.
